Butyl extruder is controlled by program PLC, can automatic and exactly finish gluing function, operators only need to support the aluminum frames, others( clamping roller, transfer and etc) are automatic finished by setting program.

The extruder is suitable for square, rectangular, shaped, arc and kinds of aluminum frames.

Stable temperature device makes it convenient to adjust the sealing material automatically according to the changed coating speed.The coating speed is up to 47m/min, save more than 40% butyl than others, only need 7g/m.
