Overview of Vertical Hollow Glass Production Line
Automatic Vertical Hollow Glass Production Line has 7 sections: 01 transfer section; 02 washing machine; 03 discharge section; 04 inspection and installation section; 05 transfer section; 06 pressing and filling section; 07 discharge section.
Now LIJIANG mainly has two kinds of IG line with different two different technologies. One (Picture 1) uses transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other (Picture 2) is a new technology that uses air-floating technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is used to improve the IG production’s high quality.
Glass washing part:
• Wash online and offline low-e glass, automatically recognizes Low-e film
• Washing part adopts the design of upper and lower layered structure
• Using 6 pieces of soft brushes
• Adopt variable frequency fan, energy efficient, good cleaning effect
• The air knife can automatically adjust the width of the air knife according to the thickness

Filling argon gas automatically
• Standard gas is Argon gas
• Automatically filling argon gas inside the pressing plate with precise gas concentration
• When filling shaped IG, inflatable front side of the rectangular size required 450mm (length), 280mm (high)
• No need to drill holes in spacer frame
• Fast reacting sensor for permanent control of gas filling process
• Automatically set gas data and display data on the screen
Detail of Vertical insulating glass Processing line
1.The washing machine uses six soft (Low-e) brushes with the 0.1mm diameter only.can wash low-e glass, flat glass, tempered glass and so on. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damage glass, especially for low-e glass.
2.The machine adopts Siemens control system, equipped with high resolution touch screen.
3.Using Europe's advanced anti-noise system to create a good working environment for employees
The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.
4.Automatic Insulating glass production line adopt CNC technology into the pressing board. We designed the adjustable points inside the pressing board to keep the back plate straight all the time.
5.Automatic inflating function inside the slab, automatically inflating according to the size of the glass, improving inflation efficiency and gas utilization rate.The IG line fills argon gas with 22s only for one piece of 1m*1m double glazing glass.
