Butyl Sealant Kation-BS01 for Insulating Glass

Switch axle is driven by air cylinder to control on-off of gluing process; The movement of front
nozzle can be adjusted by hand wheels. Actually, the location of front nozzle is already set
before leaving from factory, no need to adjust in normal conditions; The movement of back
nozzle is automatic controlled by small oil cylinder, and machine can glue butyl for aluminum
spacers of size 6A-27A. The quantity of the butyl form front and back nozzles can be adjusted
by screws.The temperature of the gluing base is controlled by PLC, and keeps in constant in
a small range. Front and back gluing bases both has marks of “ safety identifier of burning”,
operators should pay attention in this to avoid burning.
Squeezing unit is consisted of the rubber cylinder,piston,hydraulic cylinder,air spring,
heating plate and fixed arms. It can glue butyl by heating butyl to set temperature and
adjust the pressure reducing valve to make the squeezing pressure up to the set. The
temperature of the rubber cylinder is controlled by PLC, and keeps in a small constant
range. Inner diameter of butyl cylinder is 200mm, maximum can load butyl of Φ195 *
]250mm (7kg). Please change the butyl until butyl of cylinder has already used out, or
please consider the rest quantity of butyl in cylinder to add new butyl, if the total height
of butyl is more than 250mm, please don’t put new butyl block, or maybe can’t seal on
the top of cylinder or appear leak of butyl. When temperature is more than 100 degree,
please wear protective groove to change butyl for avoid scalding.
