Vertical Full Automatic Low-e Glass Edge Deletion Machine With Deleting Low-e Film
Low-E glass, also known as Low-E glass, is a kind of film product composed of multilayer metal or other compounds coated on the surface of glass. The coating layer has the characteristics of high transmittance to visible light and high reflection to mid far infrared ray, which makes it have excellent heat insulation effect and good transmittance compared with ordinary glass and traditional coated glass for building.
Low-e glass types:
Single silver Low-E glass
Single silver Low-E coated glass usually contains only one functional layer (silver layer). In addition to other metal and compound layers, the total number of coating layers reaches 5.
Double silver Low-E glass
The double silver Low-E coated glass has two functional layers (silver layer), plus other metal and compound layers, the total number of coating layers reaches 9. However, the technical process control of double silver Low-E glass is much more difficult than that of single silver.

The vertical glass edge deletion machine contains 3 sections: glass loading section, deleting section and glass unloading section. The deletion machine has 4 kinds of different directions. Online low-e and outline low-e glass.
