GLASS MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT WASHING MACHINE PRODUCTION LINE INSULATING GLASS MACHINE
1, Loading part 进料段
To Avoid the low-e Glass put inverse side and Leave wheel marks or scratch low-e Coating We use coating inspection -metal film conductive (other company use Photoelectric detection, hard to recognize for higher transparent film coating)

2, Washing and Drying part 清洗烘干段
* Three pairs soft brushes can wash low-e glass and normal glass , the diameter is less than 0.1mm.
* Materials are stainless steel.
* Wind knife is float design , it always keep the right and suitable distance 3mm between the glass surface and wind knife (Same like LISEC structure(Remark: 3mm is the best drying distance)
There is a universal joint device.When the glass thickness was changed, the air knife can move forward and backward to adjust the distance, so that the relative distance between the wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid the damage to the glass film due to the change of the glass thickness.
* The front and back side squeeze-wheel are all actively move and convey. No mater the glass size is big/ small/thick/thin (8mm) , it all guarantee the glass pass through smoothly.(Same like LISEC)

5, Gas filling and pressing part
1, Thickness measurement测厚: the cylinder drives the electronic ruler to measure the glass thickness and aluminum frame width, to provide parameters for inflation and servo pressing
2, Synchronous belt beam moving :synchronous belt beam will move according to the glass thickness and aluminum frame width to ensure that the inflation hole has been between the first and second glass aluminum frame to inflate the gap (value come from DC push rod and electronic ruler)
3, Input the argon gas concentration into touch screen according to customer required
4, Display Function 充气显示功能: touch screen will display whole argon gas filling processing , you will know very clear how much already argon gas filed inside
E, GAS filling from bottom 底部充气结构
( Old type)
The pressing part was divide into 4 parts (per 800mm), when the small size glass(less than 800mm) pass through the pressing and gas filling section ,only one part work.
If more than 800mm but less than 1600mm,it will two parts work, no need the whole press and gas filling section work. it can save the argon glass.
F, Side seal way is following sealing(new type)
(machine side have one oxygen sensor with 7-8 detect points.
G Adjustable Pressing Parts
1, There have stress after welding in the Pressing frame ,So out-of -shape problems is inescapable after using some time(machine can not press DGU properly, evenly and tightly )
For this uneven inescapable issue, here are our solution
2, Lead screw pressing
