• 01 transfer section
Coating detection mechanism, automatic detection of offline Low-e film
• 02 washing machine
The whole washing &drying machine adopts stainless steel,including the plate and interior spare parts.And some slider block are copper.
Main feature
• Use 6 0.1mm soft bristle brushes to clean low-e glass, with high soft bristles density, better cleaning effect and no water marks.
• Conveyor wheels in the dry cleaning chamber: all the front and rear conveyor wheels move, and all are actively conveyed. It can ensure the smooth passage of large size glass and thick glass.
• The new air knife adopts aluminum profile (duckbill type air knife), and the size of the air outlet is adjusted by aluminum duckbill profile. This can reduce the number of adjustment screws, ensure that each screw is not loose, and avoid air knife resonance.
• Air knife can automatically adjust air knife width according to thickness
• Operation box with washing speed display, which can accurately display washing speed (8-10m)

The inspection frame part adopts a built-in horizontal bar lift type, which can inspect the glass more effectively.
The new structure in this section is changed to an in-line lifting beam structure (double beam). Inspecting and wiping the glass is easy.
The light of the lamp does not directly shine on the human eye, which reduces the eye fatigue of workers and improves work efficiency.

• 05 transfer section
• Automatic measurement of glass thickness. It can be used according to actual needs when working.
• 06 pressing and filling section
The compression box energy saving adopts 3 micro switches to divide the compression part into 4 areas.
When each microswitch receives a signal, a portion of the working area is added. This area does not work when the corresponding microswitch is not actuated.
• Zone 1 is valid when glass L ≤ 1.5m.
• When glass L = 1.5m-2.3m, zone 1 and zone 2 work.
• Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 work when glass 2.3m < L < 3.2m.
• All areas work together when glass 3.2m = L ≤ 4m.
What's more, the sides and bottom of the press box are sealed to ensure inflation. It can save a lot of argon and electricity.

LIJIANG GLASS is the manufacturer in Jinan city, China since 2012 year. We make the IG line, sealing robot, spacer bending machine, desiccant filling machine, butyl extruder machine and so on, porviding machines for all over the world with after sale service.
2. What is the IG line ?
The IG line is calles insulating glass processing line, it includes glass washing machine, spacer frame installation and glass pressing machine. We normally have 2000*2500, 2500*3500, 2500*4000 and 2500*4500 IG line. The types of the IG line are without filling argon and with filling argon gas. There are also two special IG lines, air floating IG line and super fast IG line (washing and pressing two IG units together).
3. How to package production line ?
One set of IG line normally needs two containers when shipping to foreign country, 2 pieces of 40HQ containers.
4. How to provide after-sales service ?
For India and India surrounding markets, we have two local Indian engineers who can provide services in a timely manner.
For the South American market, we have an engineer serving there.
For other markets, we have a team of engineers with 10-20 years of experience who will promptly go to foreign customers' factories to install machines, train workers and provide after-sales service.
Due to the virus all over the world, our engineers are confined to many countries in the world. Therefore, we provide installation services and training work online through WeChat, Whatsapp, etc. Once the world has a better kit, our engineers will go check out our machines again.
