This cutting machine is a special equipment for cutting laminated safety glass. It consists of a frame system, upper and lower cutting bridges, upper and lower cutting wheel systems, rolling and slicing systems, glass fixing systems, electronic control systems, heating systems, positioning systems, etc.
The machine only needs to input the required glass width into the touch screen, press the OK button, and the positioning block will automatically move to the set position. Manually assist the glass to the positioning block and press the cutting button to start cutting. At this time, a glass cutter on the upper and lower sides moves against the glass and cuts the glass (Y direction). After cutting, the glass cutter returns to the original point, and then the cutting and slicing of the laminated glass are completed through roller rolling and peeling, baking and tearing, and blade film breaking.
The cutting knife feed adopts a low-friction and high-sensitivity cylinder structure, and the up and down movement is flexible and reliable.
